3. What are all the possible modes of payment?
You may use Internet Banking, E-Gift Voucher (eGV), Cash on Delivery and Wallet to make your purchase. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in USA and 21 other countries. Whatever your online mode of payment you may want to try, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep all the information you provide secure.
4. Can I request for more product pictures before placing the order?
Yes. You can drop your query on firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care team will get back to you within 24 hours from the generation for your query ticket.
5. Is the size of the products customizable?
No, we have specific sizes available as per the limitation of the vendors as the products are handcrafted. If any specific product has variable sizes, we have mentioned it on the website along with product description. No, since the products are handcrafted we have specific color options available as per the limitation of the vendors. 7. What is the refund policy?
We make sure that our service satisfies the needs and wants of the customer. If you receive a different item than the one you ordered or there is a physical damage, we will happily work for a prompt return or exchange. In case of returns, all items must be returned to Handicraftszone. Please make sure to read the product return policy.
8. How do I avail discounts or redeem gift cards?
- Go to www.handicraftzone.com and select the items you want to purchase.
- When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay",
- Select the "Pay By e-Gift Voucher" Option.
- Enter your Voucher Number and the corresponding PIN number with it.
IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your e-Gift Voucher at the time you place your order. In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your voucher.
9. Can I cancel the order once the order is processed?
If you cancel your order online before the product has been shipped your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item you ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from you. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. In order to cancel an item in your order: Log into your handicraftszone account and go to the 'My Orders' page and look for the cancellation option.
10. What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery takes upto 4 to 5 days, in case of limited order or remote area delivery it may take up to 10 days. For more information, please refer to our terms and condition section.
11. How do I check the current status of my order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number and email id. Once the order is packed and shipped from the store, the tracking number is generated using certified courier services and is shared with you. Also, you can control your order status on “my orders “section, once you log in to your handicraftszone account.
12. Can I modify the order once I have placed it?
Modification of order isn’t possible, but once the product is delivered to you, you can modify/refund it. For more information, please read our refund policy. If the order is not yet processed, you can cancel the order and replace it with another order. For more information, please read, our cancellation policy.
13. What do I do if my product is damaged on receiving?
You can claim for the refund or return in case the product is physically damaged with 7 days of delivery. Please read “refund and cancellation policy” for more details.
